Adult Ministry
Whether you are a single adult, a newly-married couple, a family with children, or adults in the "empty nest" years...Providence Baptist provides opportunities for you to fellowship with people your age who have faced or are facing many of the same challenges that are relevant to you. Our adult ministry is built around Bible teaching that will help you begin a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in your walk with Him, connect with other believers, and find a place of rewarding service.
Adult Bible Fellowship
Our Adult Bible Fellowship (ABF) meets at 11:00 am each Sunday and is a wonderful sequel to our worship service. It is designed to teach the Scriptures in a small group setting, minister to the needs of people through personal contact, and provide fellowship within the individual age groups. It is where you are cared for the best. Like other ministries at Providence, the Adult Bible Fellowship is more than a program; it is a ministry of people touching the lives of other people.
Ladies Ministry
In this fast-paced culture, we truly need opportunities in which to develop godly friendships and to be encouraged by God's Word. Providence Baptist Church endeavors to offer women times of spiritual refreshment as well as times to develop those godly friendships. Highlights of this ministry include an annual Spring Tea and Fall Ladies Day Retreat with occasional Thursday night Ladies Fellowships throughout the year. Each provides an opportunity to invite guests, hear testimonies, spend time in prayer, enjoy a special speaker, and even be introduced to a book that will help you grow in the Lord. Our Ladies' Ministry provides a forum for the ladies of Providence to actively fulfill the mandate of Titus 2:3-5.
